What are the reasons people choose to leave their job?

Some people says, “Hindi ako nag-gogrow sa ginagawa ko.”, “Hindi na kasya ang sweldo ko sa gastos ngayon”, “Di pa rin ako napo-promote”, or “Hindi maganda ang management”.
